Both. There is a Windows desktop app for the counter, with an encrypted local copy so selling continues without internet, and the same system opens in a browser.

The desktop app keeps pricing sales with the server's own tax engine and queues them. The customer gets an OFFLINE slip with a provisional number; everything uploads when the connection returns. Offline sales are taken in full.

Every sale and credit note is queued for FBR reporting in the same step it is posted, sent by a background worker, with plain statuses and checks before sending. FBR reporting is an add-on that we switch on for your company during setup.

On the server, never in the browser. Sales tax, further tax by buyer type, withholding and provincial service tax on labour are applied per line and rounded to the paisa, so an invoice always adds up. Tax rates are data, so a budget change does not need a software update.

Only if you give their role that permission. Without it, cost is absent from the screen rather than blanked out.

Yes. Units carry a status and a full movement history, and loose items such as gas and pipe are held as batches with cost.

Yes. Items import from Excel through a wizard that maps your columns and checks every row. We can also migrate customers and balances for you.

You choose how to pay: monthly, yearly or one-time. Starting-from prices are on the pricing page, and a quote depends on your modules, users, counters and branches.

Yes. Locations, transfers between them (scan to dispatch, scan to verify), and per-company limits on branches and counters.

Each company's data is isolated at the database level. Sensitive fields such as CNICs and your FBR token are encrypted at rest, refresh tokens rotate, and every important action is written to an audit log.
