Inventory

Know which unit is where, and what it cost.

Every item that needs one, from an appliance to a spare part, can carry its own serial number and history. Loose items are tracked in batches with their cost. Nothing moves without leaving a record.

What you get

Serial-tracked units
Each unit has a status (in stock, sold, in repair…) and a full movement history. Scan a barcode or serial and it opens.
Batches and lots
Consumables and loose stock are held as quantities with weighted-average cost and expiry where it matters. Stock can never go negative.
Sets that sell together
Group items that belong together, such as the two halves of a split unit, so they are sold, moved and warranted as one.
Transfers you can trust
Dispatch by scanning; the receiving branch scans to verify. One missing unit stops the whole dispatch with a reason per unit.
Stock counts
Snapshot, scan, see the variance, then approve a write-off, relocation or adjustment. Nothing is changed silently.
Costs stay private
Cost price is visible only to roles you allow. For everyone else it is absent from the screen, not blanked out.
Labels in one click
Print Code 128 barcode labels (40 × 30 mm) when stock is received.
Refurbishment
Parts and labour on a used unit are added to its cost, so you know its real margin before it is resold.
